Location

Catalyst Park is located on major transportation infrastructure including Centreport Canada Way, Rail and the Airport.

To the north, Selkirk Road/Fourth Mile Road is followed by smaller industrial operations, beyond is the CentrePort Rail Park.

To the south, lies CentrePort Canada Way, a major transportation corridor, separating the site from agricultural lands and a planned residential community, designed to support 8,000 to 12,000 residents.

To the east, CentrePort Canada Way separates the site from future industrial lands, with the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport located beyond.

To the west, Summit Road divides the site from underdeveloped agricultural lands and the Summit landfill. A portion of the site (+/-31.50 acres) is occupied by Bison Transport, which is expected to remain and potentially expand.
